Turn any PRO-LED LED sign into a live workplace safety board. This custom application shows Days Without Incident, your Best Record, the Last Incident date and a scrolling safety slogan, all updated automatically from a simple Windows PC app on your local network. No internet and no subscription needed.
How to order
- Choose any PRO-LED sign. It requires the SDK-enabled controller, so mention the safety app when ordering.
- Add this Safety Record Board application to your cart in the same order as your sign.
This $800 fee covers the custom application for one sign. The sign itself is sold separately.

Layout by sign size
- Smaller signs (under about 256 × 128 pixels): the top section cycles between Days Without Incident, Best Record and Last Incident while the safety slogan keeps scrolling along the bottom.
- Larger signs (256 × 128 pixels and up): everything is shown on one page.
The layout is chosen automatically from your sign's size.
How it works
A Windows PC app (one file, no installation) talks directly to the sign over your local network, either wired LAN or the sign's own Wi-Fi hotspot. Settings are protected by a PIN. The PC keeps the count and updates the sign. No internet connection or subscription is required.
Setup in 5 steps
- Connect: find the sign on your network or join its Wi-Fi.
- Choose the header text and theme.
- Enter the starting count, best record and last incident date.
- Type your scrolling slogan and pick its speed.
- Review and send to the sign.
After setup, daily use is just the Record Incident button.
FAQ
Which signs does it work with?
PRO-LED indoor and outdoor signs of any size or shape fitted with the SDK-enabled controller. It has been tested at 160 × 160 and 480 × 160 pixels.
Can I add it to a sign I already own?
No. A regular PRO-LED sign will not work with this software on its own. Buy this app together with your sign in the same order so it ships with the required controller and setup.
Do I need internet or a subscription?
No. The app runs on a Windows PC on your local network.
Can I show other content on the sign too?
The app takes over the sign's display content, so the sign works as a dedicated safety board.
