1. Didn't use the template screen file to edit the sign;
Solution: There is a screen file (screen.hd6) in the USB, please OPEN HD2018, click “File –Open”, open screen.hd6, and use this screen file to edit the sign, the sign will display normally.
2. The tempalte screen file got over-written;
Solution: Fill in the following form to request the template screen file
Possible reason:
1. The memory got erased;
Solution: Send the programs to the sign again
2. The device time / timer issue;
Solution: do as following:
-Install LedArt APP on your phone
-Goto Wi-Fi settings, connect the sign Wi-Fi with your phone, default password: 88888888
-Open LedArt APP, click Devices – Time, then click OK.
