1. Connect the LED Sign with your phone
2. Open the APP on your phone
3. Go to Devices page, click Wi-Fi
4. Input password: 888
5. Caution: read the regulation notes carefully when change the name and password. Wi-Fi name has to start with certain letters, and the password has to contain letters and numbers.

If the password no longer be the default one, and you forgot the password, you may need to reset it to continue use wireless control:
1. Open the back cover of the sign
* there are two types of housing frames: Depth of the sign is 3 1/2 inch or 2 inch.
for 3 1/2 inch type: unscrew all back cover screws, then take off the back cover
for 2 inch type: unscrew one top screw and one bottom screw on the side that doesn't have cords coming out.
2. Locate the control board
there is a control board, plugged with white ribbon cables
3. Unplug the sign from power outlet
4. Hold the reset button and plug in the sign, release the button after 5 seconds
the reset button is usually located nearby the ribbon cable plugs, rectangular shape, white color button
5. Use your phone to check the Wi-Fi signal, starts with "HD", open signal with no password required.
6. Use the APP to rename the Wi-Fi name and password.
Each led sign has a unique Wi-Fi signal, the signal may starts with one of the following:
W60
W62
W60-75
D10/D15
D30/D35
C10/C15
Default password: 88888888 or pro88888
If you didn't see any of those signals, please unplug the led sign, wait for 5 mins, then plug the sign back. Use at least two smart phones to check the signal.
If the signal still doesn't show up, it may be in "Station Mode" or it may be defective.
Station Mode: It doesn't spread signal, instead, the sign bridge into your existing network.
Defective: if you believe that the signal is defective, you can contact us to get a replacement, or use the alternative way to control the sign by USB thumb drive (details see instruction).
Please provide the following information:
1. Order ID
2. Where you purchased at (Store, Amazon, Ebay etc)
3. A close photo of front of the sign (showing clear of the LED bulbs)Then email to info@proledsigntech.comOur representative will follow up and send you the file package to recover the programs.
Please follow the digital instruction (video or PDF) in the USB to set up on new computer. Do the same with Question 1 if you lost the instructions.
Random Patterns or Lines / Incorrect Colors / Incomplete Letters / Repeating Letters etc.
Didn't use the correct template file
1. Open the software (HD2016 / HD2018 / HDPlayer) on the windows computer
2. Click "File" - "Open", in the open window, choose the template screen file located in the USB.
3. Delete the previous wrong screen
4. Edit the messages
5. Send the programs to the sign by wireless or USB.PS: if the screen file had been overwritten, please send an email to info@proledsigntech.com with your order ID. We will send the template file to you.

If it's not above reasons, please do as following:
1. Use your phone or laptop to check if there is still Wi-Fi signal from the sign
2. If there is, connect with the sign and resend the program. Check device timer switch.
3. If there isn't, open the back cover of the sign

4. plug the sign, check the indicator light of the power supply, located nearby the V+ V+ V+ side. Check if there is flahsing lights on the control board.
5. If one of the power supply is defective, please take a close picture of the power supply and send an email to info@proledsigntech.com with your order ID number. We will ship a new power supply to you and you can replace the power supply with the new one.
