Features

Before you start

1. Connect your sign to the internet using a network cable or Wi-Fi through your router. PRO-LED normally configures the cloud settings before shipping.
2. Create your account at cloud.proledsigntech.com/portal. PRO-LED reviews and activates new accounts, usually within one business day. Sign-up asks for your full name, company, email, phone, address, order number, and a password (entered twice). Have your PRO-LED order number ready (for example C1234).
3. We add your sign to your account. You do not need to enter a serial number. PRO-LED assigns your sign to your account. Once the sign is online, it appears on your Devices page automatically within a minute or two.

1. Phone (and tablet)

No app download is needed. Open your phone's web browser (Safari, Chrome or similar).

1. Go to cloud.proledsigntech.com/portal and sign in. Tip: add the page to your home screen for one-tap access.
2. Use the tabs at the bottom of the screen: Programs, Devices, Jobs and Settings. Your account is under Settings.
3. Open Devices. Each sign appears as "Sign 1: name", "Sign 2: name" and so on. Tap a card to expand it and see its status, display, total programs, time zone and clock. The buttons Turn off / Turn on, Brightness and Timer switch control the display.
4. Tick the sign you want to update (or several signs of the same size), then tap Open programs for selected signs.
5. Tap + New 80×40 program. The button always shows your sign's own size in pixels (80×40 is an example), so new programs fit your sign exactly. You can also duplicate an existing program.
6. The full-screen touch editor opens. Use the panel tabs Add, Edit, Layers and Program. Add a Text, Scrolling text or Picture (PNG/JPG) area, then drag and resize it with your finger. Choose the font, speed, and a size from 6 up to one less than your sign's pixel height (up to 39 on an 80×40 sign). Tap Save and exit.
7. Check the programs you want, arrange them with ▲/▼, then tap ▶ Release selected and confirm. The sign plays only the checked programs; unchecked ones are removed from the sign.

2. Computer

Use any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) on Windows or Mac.

1. Go to cloud.proledsigntech.com/portal and sign in.
2. Use the menu at the top: Devices, Programs (a drop-down to pick a sign or group), Jobs, Account and Log out.
3. On Devices, click a sign to expand its card. Set its time zone and use Turn off / Turn on, Brightness and Timer switch to control the display.
4. Select one sign, or several signs of the same size, and click Open programs for selected signs.
5. Click + New 80×40 program (the button shows your sign's own size) or duplicate a program. In the desktop editor, add a Text, Scrolling text or Picture (PNG/JPG) area, drag it into place and resize it with the mouse, then set the text, font, size (6 up to one less than the sign's pixel height) and speed. Click Save and exit.
6. Open each program's Schedule section to choose when it plays.
7. Check the programs you want, arrange them with ▲/▼, then click ▶ Release selected and confirm. The sign plays only the checked programs; unchecked ones are removed from the sign.

Account & security

On the Account page (on a phone, open it from Settings) you can update your profile and change your password (at least 10 characters). If you forget your password, use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in page; the reset link is valid for 30 minutes. For extra protection, turn on optional 2-step verification with Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. You can also see where you're signed in, sign out other devices, and review your recent account activity.
